So eating other animals is a-okay, and yet eating humans is barbaric? Humans are animals too, so why should they be placed upon a pedestal above the millions of other species that inhabit the planet? You don't see many complaining when people eat fully grown chick(en) fetuses who have yet to hatch (and they often aren't even dead when they are cooked). Plus it was said that the fetuses have 'die[d] naturally', so they're already dead. I don't see it as much of a big deal, really. (Though I can understand the vegetarians/vegans who are against the idea, if you eat the meat of other animals and are appalled I agree with the earlier poster in saying that you are indeed hypocrites.)

to the person who is calling us hypocrites by eating animals...this shouldn't even be relevant...the point of the matter is, this is a RIGHT being taken away from those babies who were just given because they were "extra", believe it or not. and YES we ARE put on a pedestal...animals were put on this earth by God to help provide food for us. you can keep your vegetables...but remember pointing your fingers at us for eating the animals around us makes you a hypocrite too, because you are eating living things as well my friend. this isn't about the fetus being an animal...this is like abortion. but instead, we're freakin' eating the result, not throwing it away. this is absolutely horrendous, and anyone who has ate this should look at themselves in the mirror and realize what they have truly done...

The babies are already dead and as long they are not killing babies for intent of eating/selling them then it's fine.

Also, considering that they are dead already, they would no longer have any human rights. Whatever the parents decide to do with them is up to them and the government shouldn't get involved b/c some stinking foreigners want to be able to sleep better at night.

As for me, no I would not eat it, but that's because I have that choice as you do also, so stop trying to take that from other people.

I agree with the people who say that it's no different than eating animals. Just because christianity says not to do something doesn't make that all knowing. Granted, yeah, I think this is sick. But for someone to say that an animal should not have rights either and they were only put on earth to provide food for us is just selfish.

I think this should stop, but so should the eating of all animals.
